Alyssa Schorr

Alyssa began dancing at a young age and continued for years at Woodbury Dance Center receiving national awards as a soloist and as part of countless small and large group productions. She has 10 years experience teaching and working with groups of all ages in styles of musical theater, tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop and lyrical dance. Her choreography and routines have also received many awards in several regional and national competitions. Additionally, she has staged and choreographed for show choirs and high school theater productions, as well as performing in the University of Wisconsin River falls summer theater productions. Outside of dance, Alyssa graduated with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science and Dance Education and performed with the modern dance theater company of UWRF. With her knowledge and experience, she hopes to improve your student’s technique, enhance their performance quality, and experience the joy and art of dance.
