Emily Swenson

Emily’s love of dance started at the age of 2 when she made her first debut on stage as a little flower in a pot. Her love for dance continued as she became a competitive dancer at the age of 5 and continued to the age of 18. Emily has competed in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Pointe, Musical Theatre and Hip Hop. She has earned many high point and first place awards as a soloist and a group dancer. Emily has been named to the Masquerade Dance Regional and National Parade of Stars. Emily has also enjoyed assisting with numerous dance classes for the past five years. Through her dance career thus far, Emily has had the pleasure of taking classes from famous dance choreographers such as Alex Little, Mandy Moore, Derrick Schrader, Eddie Strachan, Glen Jenkins and Keri Lagrand. Currently, Emily is a student at the University of Wisconsin River Falls majoring in Elementary Education. She is on the UWRF competitive dance team and is assisting with choreography for the team. Emily is energetic, fun, and enthusiastic- you’ll love taking her classes!
