Competition Make Up Classes

Dancers can make up missed classes by attending one of the classes listed below.  When a dancer comes for a make up class they will need to request a make up slip at the front desk and will then fill it out, have the instructor (of the make up class) initial it and then return it to the front desk.  Dancers need to make up a class whenever they miss their regular class.  However, they will only need to make up one class for each day they miss.  For example, if they have a ballet class and a tap/jazz class on Tuesdays and miss one day they only need to attend one class for a make up.  Please let us know if you have any questions.  Also, dancers are only allowed to miss classes for important family events (weddings, funerals…), required school events and when they are too ill to attend class.  If dancers are injured they should come and observe class as instructed by their teacher.  If they have a prolonged injury we will set up a make up class schedule for them.

Please note:  Dancer may also use extra classes that are offered throughout the season.  However, they will need to pay separately for these classes via punch card.  If dancers take a make up class in a regularly scheduled weekly class for another line, they do not need to pay separately for that class.  Please let us know if you have any questions.
