August class tuition payments will be processed for you on August 5th for Company Lines and on August 12th for Minis/PeeWees/Performance Teams.  We are in the process of charging accounts for tuition.

Annual Registration Fee – An annual registration fee will be charged along with August’s tuition. Registration fees are $15 for one student/ $25 for a family. If you have a dancer(s) who has already registered for a recreational class, you have been charged the registration fee for that dancer(s) and will only be charged the remaining amount, if applicable.

September tuition payments will be automatically processed on September 3rd.

If you are interested in paying for the year please contact us.  A 5% discount is given for paying September – May tuition in advance.  However, the discount can only be given on the tuition portion of your monthly payment and cannot be applied to the competition expense portion.

Payment Requirements – All accounts will be required to have a credit card on file and be signed up for automatic monthly payments for tuition. You will still have the option to pay at the front desk with cash, check or a different card if the payment is received before monthly tuition payments are processed automatically with our online system. Online payments will be automatically processed on the 3rd of each month except for August & September tuition which is noted above. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Darby’s Dancers Fundraisers

As a reminder, we are accepting donations of used competition shoes (in good condition) to be sold in the boutique to raise money for our Darby’s Dancers Program.  Please plan to bring in used shoes ASAP and drop them off in the bin by the front desk. Tap shoes will be most needed; however, we ask that tap shoes are not sequined or glittered. We will also take donations of ballet and jazz shoes if they do not have holes or excessive wear. You can also help out the program by purchasing used shoes in the boutique for your dancer.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 21st! That is when we will be hosting our Darby’s Dancers Garage sale to raise money for our Darby’s Dancers Program. Start saving your used dance shoes, dance wear, costumes and dance accessories/apparel to donate to the sale and help raise money for a good cause. We are particularly in need of child size dancerwear. Another way to help is by stopping by the sale and make a purchase on some great finds!

Mabel’s Labels – Help your kids cut back on lost items and stay organized this school year by purchasing a nifty set of labels from Mabel’s Labels! Use the link to access the Mabel’s Labels website. Our Darby’s Dancers Program will receive a portion of the proceeds from each purchase.

Interested in other ways to help our Darby’s Dancers Program? Become a Darby’s Dancer Volunteer Coach (for teens/young adults ages 13+) and be paired with a Darby’s Dancer during class and perform with them at recitals at the end of the year. For more information about becoming a Darby’s Dancer Volunteer Coach go to our Darby’s Dancer Page.
