Recital Program 2024

Recital programs will be available at recital free of charge to ticket holders. The full color program includes a list of dancers receiving awards for their number of years at WDC, senior photos, a few candid photos and credits for the show. Due to space constraints recreational class group pictures are not included in the recital program.

Families also have the opportunity to place an ad and/or a note to their dancer(s). This is a great way to let your dancer(s) know how proud you are of them. It’s also a great way for businesses to let the community know about what they have to offer. Program ad submissions need to be placed online. Please use the link below to place an order.

Recital Ad Descriptions

Shout Out – $20 Text only. 70 characters or less. Size: 1.5″ x 2″

Shout Out w/Picture – $40 Text and picture/business card (color). 70 characters or less. Size: 1.5″ x 4″

1/6 Page – $75 Text and picture/business card (color). Size: 3.5″ x 4″

1/3 Page – $150 Text and picture/business card (color). Size: 3.5″ x 8″ ($10* charge for each additional photo.)

1/2 Page – $195 Text and picture/business card (color). Size: 5″ x 8″ ($10* charge for each additional photo.)

Full Page – $375 Text and picture/business card (color). Size: 8″ x 10″ ($10* charge for each additional photo.)

*This fee may be waived if imagery/artwork is received in digital format.

All payments will be processed through your WDC account using payment information on file.

Step 1: Place an order with Releve photo for the image you would like to use for your recital ad.  The order does not need to be for a digital download of that image and can be any type of print of the image.  Releve photo will then release the digital image to WDC to place in your  recital program ad. (If your photos are not yet available on Releve’s site, please wait to submit your order until you have purchased the photo you plan to use in your ad and have the image number.Thank you!)

Step 2: Submit your recital ad order online using the form below — NEW DEADLINE MAY 9TH. If using any personal photos in addition to or instead of a photo of your dancer from Releve, upload the photo(s) with your order below.

Step 3: WDC will automatically process a payment for your ad on May 17th using your payment information on file.
